How to Select the Right Size

Preparation:

• Measure when your dog is calm and relaxed.

• Trim fur around paws for accuracy.

• Use rigid cardboard, a permanent marker, and a ruler.

Steps:

1. Let your dog rest naturally with paws relaxed.

2. Mark the tip of the longest toe (including nail) and back of the paw.

3. Mark the two widest points of the paw.

4. Measure straight-line distances (length & width).

5. Repeat 3 times and use the largest value.

Dynamic Adjustments:

• Active breeds: add 1–2 mm.

• Puppies: choose one size larger to allow for growth.

• Dogs with swelling around ankles: add 5 mm.

• If front & back paws differ significantly, consider two sets in different sizes.

Examples:

• Golden Retriever puppy (3 months): size L now → XL soon.

• French Bulldogs: allow extra room for comfort.

• Uneven paws (4.5 cm vs. 4.8 cm): choose 4.8 cm for best fit.
