If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, you have two choices at checkout:

Weβll hold your in-stock items and ship everything together once your pre-order items arrive. β
Pre-order shipping is free under this option.
2. Ship Separately
Prefer not to wait? Weβll ship your in-stock items immediately and pre-order items when they arrive.

All pre-order prices are locked in at checkout. No hidden fees, no surprise changes. Pre-order discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or coupons.
π Returns & Refunds

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, weβll cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or exchange.

If youβve simply changed your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt (unused and in original packaging). Return shipping in this case is at your cost.

If your order hasn't shipped within Australia, weβre happy to help you update your address. Once in transit, we can no longer make changes.
