💸How Our Price Promise Works

If you spot the exact same product at a lower price from another Australian retailer, just contact our Customer Support team with the following:

  • A link or screenshot showing the lower advertised price
  • The product must be identical (same brand, size, packaging, model, etc.)
  • It must be in stock both at the competitor and at Petsworthy
  • The product must be available for delivery to an Australian address
We’ll beat the competitor’s final price, including GST and delivery fees — so you can shop with that Petsworthy confidence.


✅What’s Included

We will beat:
  • Everyday or promotional pricing of identical in-stock products from eligible retailers
  • Online pricing from Australian retailers
  • Competitor offers that are part of bundles, multi-buy deals, or member-only pricing


🚫What’s Not Included

We don’t price beat:
  • Marketplace sellers (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Catch, Facebook Marketplace)
  • Overseas-based websites or products shipped from outside Australia
  • Out-of-stock items or verbal/informal quotes
  • Clearance items, discontinued or damaged stock, gift-with-purchase deals
  • Items priced as part of expo deals, subscription plans, or bulk/wholesale orders
  • Items priced under $20
  • Past purchases or pre-orders
We also reserve the right to decline any price match where the competitor’s pricing appears to be an error or is below our cost, and may limit the quantity of items available for price-beating.
