Quick Shipping Summary

Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of your order, your delivery postcode, and the shipping method selected. Your total shipping charges will be displayed on the Checkout page before you submit your order.

For eligible Metro Zone orders over $59 and up to 8kg, shipping is free.

For Metro Zone orders over 8kg, a heavy parcel surcharge may apply based on the destination zone and total parcel weight. This helps us continue offering affordable delivery for heavier items such as large pet food bags, cat litter, pet beds, bulky accessories, and multi-item orders.

Regional and remote shipping rates are calculated at checkout using live carrier rates.

Why Shipping Rates Vary

Our main warehouse is located in Melbourne, which allows us to offer faster and more affordable delivery to nearby metro areas.

Shipping costs can vary depending on parcel weight, size, destination, and carrier availability. Heavier and bulkier parcels usually cost more to deliver, especially to interstate, regional, and remote areas.

We’re already working on improving our shipping network and delivery options so we can continue lowering delivery costs for more customers across Australia.

For the following metro postcodes, orders over $59 qualify for free shipping when the total parcel weight is up to 8kg.

Heavy Parcel Surcharge for Metro Orders Over 8kg

For Metro Zone orders over 8kg, a heavy parcel surcharge may apply. The surcharge is calculated based on your delivery zone and the total parcel weight.

Regional & Remote Zone – Courier Rates Apply

All Australian postcodes not listed in the Metro Zone above fall into the Regional & Remote Zone.

For these areas, shipping is calculated at checkout based on live carrier rates through Australia Post and other trusted delivery partners. The final shipping cost depends on your postcode, parcel weight, parcel size, and carrier availability.

⏳ Pre-Order Shipping

If your order includes pre-order items, you’ll be able to choose one of two delivery methods at checkout:

1. Ship Together – FREE

Your in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once everything is ready.

✅ No additional shipping fees for pre-order items under this option.

2. Ship Separately

In-stock items are shipped first. Pre-orders follow when they arrive.

• Pre-order items will be shipped independently
• If the pre-order subtotal qualifies for free shipping in your zone, they ship free
• Otherwise, shipping will be calculated separately

Pre-order delivery timeframe:

• Metro areas: up to 20 business days
• Regional & remote areas: 20–30 business days

How Pre-Orders Are Delivered

Pre-order deliveries happen in two stages:

1. International Shipping – Your item is shipped from our overseas warehouse to Australia. This is the longest part of the process. Because it’s managed by our global logistics partners, tracking is not available during this stage.
2. Domestic Delivery – Once your item arrives at our Australian warehouse, it will be dispatched promptly using local couriers. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number, so you can monitor your parcel right through to delivery.

Carriers & Delivery

• We primarily ship via Australia Post
• We may also use trusted partners like Aramex or CouriersPlease for certain regions or parcel sizes
• All shipping rates shown at checkout are calculated based on your postcode, parcel weight, parcel size, and available carrier options

Processing & Estimated Delivery Time

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, or up to 4–7 business days during sales, peak periods, or public holidays
• Delivery time after dispatch:
  • Metro Zone: 2–4 business days
  • Regional & Remote Zone: 4–7 business days

Excludes weekends and public holidays.

Tracking & Delivery Info

• You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships
• Most deliveries don’t require a signature
• If you’re not home, the courier may:
  • Leave the parcel in a safe place, or
  • Leave a card for pickup or redelivery
