I had to used all 3 packs to fill the litter box, great that it’s dust dress and does a good job with odour control. Good quality but premium price. Didn’t notice any colour change. Clumping works a little too well, huge clumps where my cat had peed.

It is certainly about the best none clay camping cat litter I have tried. So if you can afford it, then value for money may not be such an issue.This version for some reason, doesn't seem to disguise smells quite as well as the standard version we use in our regular tray, however the specific purpose of this is to monitor your cats urinary health and I think it is a really great selling point that anyone who has a cat with issues in the department will find this litter to be hugely beneficial.That it can effectively identify issues early will make this invaluable for some pet owners and worth the expense. So much so, that I don't feel I can knock anything off star wise for it not being as good with odour as the normal version.

Ordered as my cat has been peeing standing rather than squatting so wanted to make sure this was behaviour related rather than health related. She does have an extra large tray to stop her doing it over the side so one bag didn’t go far. I added this to the end she uses and filled the rest with her usual litter. Small sections change colour and hers were green showing she’s healthy. Clumps together well for easy removal of the soiled bits meaning the whole tray doesn’t need changed as frequently. But expensive for every day use but saved me a vet visit to check her urine as I’m now reassured she’s just marking her territory by peeing up the back wall of her tray.

I've used pet kit litter before but not one that can monitor urine colour like this. My cats are used to tofu litter, but initially thought it was a meal with other brands. I've used this in my automatic cat litter box, and since it's more rounded, one bag was enough to create a deep enough level. However, when I used it in one of my regular litter boxes, I found that one bag wasn't enough to achieve a deep level. This is important as urine would just spread out and make a mushy mess if it's not deep enough. I'm thankful that my cat's urine colours appeared to be normal. This is pricey compared to what I would normally buy, but I would consider this an occasional litter to get a few times a year instead of regular cat litter.As mentioned, I've mainly used this in my automatic litterbox and clumping litter is essential for it to function properly and it works perfectly fine. I didn't notice any strong odours, but my litterbox has a scent filter for to prevent any odours.

This looks like a good idea, I normally use a different cat litter and added one pack of this over my cats normal litter.As she often goes outside for the toilet, but still uses her litter tray a couple of times a week it’s hard to say for me if it’s worked. I have heard her inside of there a few times since adding it in but sometimes she goes in and then decides to go outside or just checks it over for some reason, and I can’t see definite signs she’s actually urinated but it looks like in one area she might have and luckily the colour of the pellets that were there are more green than anything else.I found it more difficult to know whether she’d used it because the pellets come out the bag as a mixture of beige and also a more yellow beige, it would be easier if they made them all the same colour that wasn’t anything like the colour they go once urinated on.As the one pack didn’t add much volume to the litter tray so they are small packs and also I haven’t been impressed by anything so far myself, unless I am very worried about urinary problems I wouldn’t bother purchasing, it might be good that it’s cheaper than taking to the vet if your only slightly worried, and also get some cat litter for the same price but for cat litter with some ph detection I find it cost more than the value to me.
