Broke after 1 year and 2 months of use

Bought in Aug 2024, piece inside food dispenser broke off with regular use 1 year 2 months after purchase, can't find part online. It was good while it lasted

I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but this product honestly impressed me. It arrived quickly, well packaged, and exactly as described. Setup was straightforward, and it worked right away without any issues. After using it for a while, I can say it’s reliable and does exactly what it promises. Definitely worth the purchase. For a feeder easy to fully clean, look no further.

I've had multiple automated feeders for my cats and always hated how difficult or sometimes impossible it is to fully clean them. However, this one can be very easily taken apart to the basic parts, which all can be easily washed with soap and then very simply be put back together. This cat feeder is the second Petkit device I purchased, purely because the water fountain I got from them last year is the exact same - each part (down to the impeller in the water pump) can be disassembled and cleaned. This company has truly understood the importance of keeping a clean feeding environment for my cats.Also the setup routine is very simple and intuitive, showing Petkit has through this through very well.While I have only had this food dispenser for 1 day, I can definitely recommend it just for that.
