Remarkably easy to clean, absolutely SILENT, and holds a ton of water. This model is light years better than the old "flower center fountain" that we used for several years before purchasing this.What I like:•So quiet! •Comes with two, high quality, special brushes for cleaning the tubes on the fountain. •The smooth plastic and well designed silicone parts are very easy to clean. Despite being plastic, I have not seen any scratching or wear on them (something that WAS a problem on my old cat fountain by a different brand) •When you lift up the water reservoir, the well designed base stays behind--no need to worry about getting electronics wet when cleaning! •App is well designed and reminds you when you need to clean or replace the filter. It also notifies you when the water is getting low (although you can also see that very easily on the window on the side of the reservoir. •Filter includes charcoal for purity and good tasting water for your pet. •No whisker fatigue.I have been using this for months now and have literally zero complaints or concerns. I only wish that I had bought this a long time ago.My elderly cat loves it.

My old eversweet fountain finally gave up. I can see how much they have improved the noise as this one is silent. My cats seem to drink more from this one and the app is handy for reminding the filter change.

My daughter recommended this after trying other fountains. My 3 cats love this fountain. We had gotten another one that scared them but this they are drinking from, one cat even washes his paws in it!Thinking about getting another one for total of 3 drinking stations

I was given one of these for free from someone who’s cat had passed away. I love this item so much I bought two more. Easy to use, easy to clean, I love the app for them also… My only complaint is I wish the app would tell you the water level but I would still recommend this every time!

update!: i recently moved, and the app inexplicably started sending us notifications for water levels! i literally wrote this review today, so i was shocked to see this LOL.my cats love this fountain! it took them a week or so to get used to it, but after that they were slurping away. This has two modes: Bluetooth connection and remote connection. remote connection is the mode that you can use if you already have an existing Petkit device. The only problem is that there's literally no difference between these modes; furthermore, the app itself is lowkey useless. The only functions it has are telling you the filter life, whether it's in smart or normal mode, both of which could have easily been buttons on the device itself (think like a Brita filter). I was hoping this would be able to give me water levels, but no. may want to go for the model above if you want that.other than that, no complaints. its quiet, its kinda jarring when it suddenly starts up because its so quiet. Clean up is also extremely easy, takes less than 10 minutes; you just wipe everything down/replace it if needed. You do not need to buy their replacement filters, you can get them from another vendor for a fraction of the price. fair warning, it may overflow if you do this, ig sometimes bad filters happen? i have been using these for months and today is the first time it did that :(…but any overflowing is due to the filter, NOT the machine itself. in conclusion, please enjoy Venom at the watering hole, as we call it.
